DrawingWise ("the App") is operated by ReveEnRose FZC LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information the App and our website drawingwise.org handle, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
In short:
When you ask for an analysis, the App resizes the photo and sends it securely (HTTPS) to our server, which forwards it to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate the analysis. We do not store the photo on our servers. The photo stays in your device's gallery or camera roll as usual.
You enter these so the analysis can be personalised. They are sent with the photo to generate the analysis and are not stored on our servers. We recommend using a first name or nickname only.
The analysis text is returned to your device and shown in the App. We do not keep a copy, unless you choose to report it (see below). If you save it as a PDF or share it, that copy is stored or sent wherever you choose.
Each analysis can be reported from inside the App ("Report this analysis"). A report contains the reason you choose, any comment you write, your email address if you choose to give one, the text of the analysis (which may include your child's first name), your child's age and your device platform (Android/iOS). The photo is never included. Reports are stored in our database and emailed to our team so we can review them and improve the App.
Credit packs on Android are sold through Google Play's billing system. Google processes the payment under its own privacy policy. To confirm a purchase is genuine before adding credits, the App sends us the product identifier and the purchase token issued by Google, and our server checks them with Google. We do not receive your card details. We do not store purchase tokens; our server logs may briefly contain the Google order number for troubleshooting.
If you buy credits through a Stripe payment link, Stripe processes the payment and shares your name and email address with us so we can email you a redemption code. We store the code, the credits it represents, your email address, the Stripe session reference and whether the code has been redeemed. When you enter a code in the App, the code is sent to our server to check that it is valid and unused.
If you email us, we use your email address and message to reply and help you.
Like any online service, our hosting provider processes technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the service, keep it secure and investigate errors. We do not use this information to identify, profile or track you.
Your credit balance is stored locally on your device. It is not linked to an account, so it is lost if you uninstall the App or change device.
We only share information with service providers that help us run DrawingWise, and only for that purpose:

Anthropic does not use data sent through its commercial API to train its models, and deletes inputs and outputs within 30 days, except where content is flagged for violating its usage policy, in which case it may be kept longer. We may also disclose information if required by law.
These providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States and Australia. We rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it.
DrawingWise is intended for adults. Parents and guardians use it on behalf of their child and choose what to share. The App is not directed at children, children cannot create accounts, and the App contains no ads. If you believe a child has used the App without a parent's involvement and you would like related information deleted, contact us and we will help.
All data sent between the App, our server and our providers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Our API keys are kept on the server, never inside the App, and access to our database is restricted to our server and our team.
We may update this policy as the App evolves. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will let you know in the App or on our website.
